This is a traditional Indian painting. This is called Ganjifa painting .It is done on a stack of watecolor paper glued together.The jewelery is embosed with gesso & painted in gold paint. The medium used is watercolors.

Crab Tree

This is a pastel painting (4x6). This white crab tree was bloomed to its glory in a park in Westfield, MA. I was passing by that park & I couldnt wait to get there to paint. It was nice sunny day I sat beside the tree it was open to the blue sky. An amasing contrast. It was fun painting.

Marsh

This is a pastel painting of a marsh (5x7). I took an online class from an award winning pastel artist Karen Margulis. It was fun doing her workshop. This is a painting with very loose strokes.
